JUNG BY THE FIRE

Jung by the Fire is an intimate study group focusing on Jung’s autobiography, Memories, Dreams and Reflections. This is conceived to be an in depth reading and reflection on Jung’s story and his description of his process with the intention of reflecting on what reading Jung means to us today. The group is geared toward all types of participants with an interest in analytical psychology’s clinical, professional, personal, artistic or philosophical import to our lives and thinking. It will be less didactic and more reflective of the insights and input of participants, facilitated from an analytic perspective. In short: Why read Jung and what can we learn from his autobiography in 2012?

The discussion will be facilitated by Jungian analyst Dianne Braden in her office in Solon, Ohio. The group will meet every other Wednesday evening at 7pm-8:30pm, beginning on December 5th 2012. As this in intended to be an on-going group, the cost has been set at a minimal rate, $20 per session.
